Unapologetic Skin was born from a real, powerful and personal human story. It was not derived within the traditional environment from which skincare brands have evolved from beauty brands, but because one woman has a vision to be unapologetic in her approach to skincare.
In many instances, truly extraordinary stories lead to the most incredible results, and why would this only be kept to oneself? If we share in our flaws, in our perfect imperfections, we create an inclusive community of people who share similar values and feel safe to be confident in their own skin.
Therefore, Unapologetic Skin was created to provide people with a skincare brand that not only tackles the signs of ageing while caring for the environment, but truly caters to the beautifully individual characteristics of each one of us, regardless of what we are told about beauty.
Our skin is an integral part of our identity – it informs how we feel, how we look, how we find space in this world. It is not just about colour; it's about how we embrace what we're born with. The beauty and skincare industry has for too long, been responsible for many of the insecurities we have all felt along our individual journeys e.g., the age of perfectionism.
